So I started a food journal. It has been SO helpful!! I am craving all kinds of good healthy foods and I’m super proud when I look at what I ate in a day.
Today I went on a great 7mile workout:
warm up walk 1/2mile
jog 1 mile no stopping
cool down walk 1/2mile
jog 1 mile no stopping
REPEAT
Did a total of 4 miles jogging….kicked it up in my last 1/4 to really kill it.
I am so happy about my work out today. It may not be much, but I’m getting there. I think I’m most happy that I was able to do this and I’m not exhausted by any means. I just want to do this the right way and train into it.
The immediate goal? jogging 7miles straight from campbell to visona dam and back. the future? 1/2 marathon in October. who’s with me!! haha
